In the area of electronics cooling technology, APACK has developed not only basic electronics cooling technology like conventional heat pipe technology but also next generation electronics cooling technology like vapor chamber technology (plate heat pipe), MEMS technology (Micro Electro Mechanical System) and LHP (Loop Heat Pipe).


APACK R&D in heating roller technology for printers has produced unique E-Coil heating roller technology and IH (Induction Heating) heating roller technology that are highly spoken of by major printer manufacturers and R&D laboratories.


Furthermore, APACK has succeeded in applying thermal technology to renewable energy products by developing evacuated Solar collector technology which can supply heating, air-conditioning and hot water.
